In order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R&D by utilizing research resources outside of the NICT, we promotes collaborative research and researcher exchange programs between the NICT and other research institutes, aiming to contribute to steadily improve ICT R&D ability of the world and realize to bear research results usable in the society.
